FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100.

We offer FREE shipping on all domestic orders over $100.  Flat $3 shipping charge for orders under $100. Free returns are provided on all domestic orders with $3 restocking fee. For international orders see our rates listed below.

GROUND SHIPPING: Orders received by 12pm CST are shipped out the same business day via our free ground shipping option. Orders received after 12pm CST are shipped the following business day. 

EXPRESS ORDERS: Next Day Air orders are shipped out the same day if received by 2pm CST. Orders received after 2pm will ship out the following business day.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship internationally via DHL Express for the best service and rates. We charge a $5 service fee due to the extra time to ship internationally.  Please note that any assessed duties or local taxes are not included this rate and are the responsibility of the receiver. 

 

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.

 

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

14 Day Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return an item within 14 days of receipt if it is in original, unworn condition and with tags attached. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment.

To start a return, please send an email to thetwilltrade@gmail.com with "Return Request" in the subject line.  We will respond within one business day with return instructions.

IN STORE EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are FINAL during events, fundraisers, festivals and for red line clearance items. 

We can not accept holiday exchanges past January 20th. 

Items with a gift receipt have up to 14 days to exchange. 

We cannot replace lost gift cards or store credit cards. 

Items need to be exchanged in the location it was purchased.

You may exchange an item for instore credit if it is within 14 days and is unwashed, unworn, and you have the receipt. 

We can not exchange items from previous seasons (example: shorts in January). 

We can not exchange shoes, undergarments, swimwear, or earrings for hygienic reasons. 

We can not exchange clearance. 

Store policy is no money back, store credit will be given, if it is within the exchange policy.  

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return. Gift certificates are non-refundable. 

Items marked "Final Sale" on a product page are not eligible for return or exchange, and are not eligible for store credit. Please read final sale item descriptions carefully. Final Sale items sent back to us will not be credited back to your account so please take care in ordering.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?

Transit time back to our store may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed. Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).
